Cloudy24 Cancellations and Refunds Policy

This policy governs cancellations, refunds, and related procedures for all services provided by Cloudy24. By purchasing or using any Cloudy24 service, you agree to the terms described below. This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • "Cloudy24" / "We" / "Us" — Cloudy24.com
  • "Customer" / "You" — Any individual or entity that has purchased or activated a Cloudy24 service.
  • "Service" — Any hosting, domain, email, SSL, or related product offered by Cloudy24.

Cloudy24 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or restrict access to any account at any time. Abuse of Cloudy24 staff in any medium will result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

Customers may cancel any service at any time by submitting a cancellation request through one of the following channels:

Cancellations for Shared and Reseller accounts requested after the initial 7-day refund window will take effect on the renewal date of that package. The account will remain active until the paid period expires unless immediate cancellation is explicitly requested.

Cloudy24 offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans, applicable to first-time accounts only. To qualify:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
  • The guarantee applies only to plans with a billing cycle of 6 months or more.
  • Only first-time accounts are eligible. Previous customers who re-register or open a second account are not eligible.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service forfeit all refund eligibility.

Refund requests for Shared and Reseller accounts outside the 7-day window may be considered on a prorated basis for unused time, at Cloudy24's sole discretion.

The following products and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • VPS Servers
  • Dedicated Servers
  • Premium Hosting Plans
  • Cloud Servers
  • Cloudy24 Pro Plans
  • Domain name registrations and renewals
  • SSL Certificates (once issued)
  • Administrative and setup fees
  • Custom software installation fees
  • Any service already fully delivered or activated

Expert Services (migrations, custom configurations, managed support) are non-refundable once the work has been performed. If the service has not yet commenced, a refund request may be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Original payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, PayPal, etc.) within 7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
  • Cloudy24 account balance: As an alternative, refunds may be credited to your Cloudy24 account balance for use against future invoices.
  • GST: Refunds for Indian customers will be processed net of applicable GST where the tax has already been remitted to the government. A revised GST invoice will be issued where applicable.
  • Some payment methods may not support direct refunds. In such cases, a Cloudy24 account credit will be issued instead.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). If you believe you have received a deficient service, you may raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer at legal@cloudy24.net. If unresolved, you may escalate to the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
